What Arizonans Need to Know on Election Day

Today, Tuesday, November 3, is Election Day in Arizona. The office of Rep. Eli Crane encourages all eligible constituents to exercise their right to vote. Voting locations across the state are open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. MST. Importantly, anyone in line by 7 p.m. can still vote and should not leave.

Voters can find where to cast their ballot at my.arizona.vote. Because voting options differ by county, it is critical to confirm the correct location ahead of time. Flooding may also affect roads and access to these sites. Before traveling, please check arizona.vote or contact your county election office for updates. The state’s website includes emergency voting information for Apache, Coconino, and Navajo Counties.

Arizona requires identification to vote in person. Accepted IDs include a valid Arizona driver license and Tribal ID, though some voters may need a second item. To view the full list, please click here. Those without acceptable ID can still cast a conditional provisional ballot, which will count only if they provide proof of identity to county election officials by the post-election deadline.

Early ballots must be received by 7 p.m. MST today, and the recommended mailing date has passed. Voters who still have one should instead sign and date the envelope, then return it to any voting location in their county.

For additional information, please call the Arizona Secretary of State’s Office at 1-877-THE-VOTE.
