SBA to Host Meetings in Coconino County for Arizonans Affected by Wildfires

Last week, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) announced the availability of low-interest federal disaster loans for businesses, nonprofit organizations, and tribal nations that sustained economic losses due to the Dragon Bravo and White Sage fires.

Following the disaster declaration, the SBA has scheduled several in-person mobile services in Coconino County to assist with the application process.

As a result of the declaration, SBA’s Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) program is now open to eligible businesses in the affected areas, offering 30-year loans at a 4% interest rate.

These loans are intended to cover working capital needs and operating expenses that could have been paid had the disasters not occurred.
