Economic Prosperity

As a former small business owner who manufactured his products in the United States, Representative Crane knows Americans thrive when taxes are low and regulations are limited. He believes the government should not pick winners and losers or prop up industries with taxpayer‑funded subsidies. Since taking office, Rep. Crane has warned about the rapidly growing national deficit and pushed for single‑subject spending bills instead of massive omnibus packages.

In coordination with the White House, he helped prevent the largest tax hike in U.S. history, eliminated taxes on tips, overtime, and Social Security, and advanced pro‑nuclear‑family reforms through reconciliation. Rep. Crane remains committed to defending individual liberty, limited government, and creating the conditions for broad economic prosperity.
