Government Waste

With the United States on an unsustainable spending trajectory, Rep. Crane has worked to confront Washington’s addiction to runaway budgets. He has pushed to end reliance on massive omnibus bills and short‑term continuing resolutions, instead advocating for a return to single‑subject appropriations. Additionally, Rep. Crane supported rescissions to defund agencies such as USAID and has led efforts to cut funding for the National Endowment for Democracy.

Rep. Crane believes our nation cannot endure endless greed, arrogance, and corruption. He has consistently opposed sending taxpayer dollars overseas and has helped highlight waste, fraud, and abuse within critical systems.
